At Himfood, your satisfaction is our priority. However, since we deal in perishable and food-grade products, we follow a strict no-return policy.

❌ Returns Not Accepted

Due to food safety and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns of any products once sold and delivered. This includes:

Honey, Ghee, Atta, Spices, Teas, etc.

Opened, used, or partially consumed items

✅ Eligible for Return or Replacement

We only accept returns or issue replacements in the following rare cases:

Expired Products Received

Wrong Product Shipped

If you receive a expired, or incorrect item:

Take clear photos of the product and packaging

Raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery

Replaced or exchanged products  will be delivered maximum by 14 working days

No refund is applicable

We do not offer refunds or replacements for taste preferences, minor packaging dents, or delays caused by courier partners.

All decisions regarding returns and refunds are subject to Himfood's discretion and verification.
